Dear Customer,

Due to recent changes in customs regulations and the implementation of new import tariffs across several countries, we have updated our logistics process to ensure smooth and hassle-free delivery.
To avoid any customs-related delays or complications especially for SUPERCLONE WATCH SHIPMENTS, all shipments are now routed through a Special Courier Line, designed specifically to handle international shipments efficiently and securely.
As a result, the total delivery timeline—from the day you make the payment to final delivery—will be approximately 15-18 days.

Below is a detailed breakdown of the process

Day 1 – Payment Initiation by the customer
You complete your order using one of the available payment methods. The payment processing time for all the different payment methods is defined below
Payment Processing Timelines:
• Crypto Payments: 1–6 hours
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
• Credit Card: 3 business days (We need to follow strict compliance & fraud verification for ever credit card payments)
• Western Union (Bank Deposit): Up to 3 business days
• Western Union (Cash Pickup): Up to 7 business days

Day 2 or Day 8 (Depending on your payment method) – Payment Confirmation & Quality Check
Once your payment is confirmed, we conduct a strict 24-hour quality inspection of your product before dispatch.
• If paid via faster methods → processing begins as early as Day 2
• If paid via slower methods → processing may begin around Day 8

Day 3 to Day 6 – Export Clearance Coordination
We strategically manage shipment releases based on export customs clearance status of previous days dispatched shipments to your destination country. And we can only release these new shipments of today after the previous day’s shipments have moved ahead after successful export customs clearance.
This step is critical to ensure:
• Smooth export clearance
• No congestion or shipment holds

Please Note: We are not a small business who send 1 or 2 shipments, in fact we handle 15–25 international shipments daily, and this structured system allows us to maintain reliability at such scale.

Multi-Warehouse Dispatch Strategy
Sometimes we re-route shipments also from our International Wherehouse, to optimize delivery speed and avoid bottlenecks, our international facilities are in:
• Malaysia
• Hong Kong
This is a standard operational strategy to balance export load and minimize delays.
Receiving a shipment from a different origin country is completely normal and intentional.

Day 7 – Your shipment gets export clearance and a final tracking number is generated which we share with you.
You will receive your tracking number at this stage.
Important Clarification:
• For customers in the USA, we use local delivery via FedEx (US Domestic)
• For Europe, we use DHL Germany (Local Network)
Your order is first shipped in bulk via the Special Line to our regional logistics hub (USA / Germany), and then handed over to the local courier for final delivery.
➡️ Therefore, tracking may not show updates on the courier website between Day 7 to Day 15
➡️ This does not indicate inactivity, but rather that the shipment is in international transit within the secured logistics channel

Day 15 – Day 18 – Final Delivery
Once the shipment reaches your country:
• Tracking becomes fully active
• The package moves through local delivery networks
• Final delivery is completed

Key Assurance
This entire system is designed to:
• Eliminate customs issues since it is a SUPER CLONE WATCH SHIPMENT
• Prevent unexpected import charges or delays
• Ensure safe and successful delivery of your product

Our aim is to deliver your super clone watch orders safely, if we do any of the above mentioned process in a hurry it may cause complications in your shipments which will hurt you even more rather than getting the delivery of your shipment a bit late then what you had expected. So, we would request your kind co-operation and patient and let our professional team do its work

Additional Note on Import Handling Charges
In rare cases, the local courier may charge a small handling fee at delivery. This is not a customs duty and typically ranges between USD 10–30, payable directly to the courier if applicable.
